Sangam360 Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sangam360, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / DEVELOPER NAME] (“Sangam360”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. The Service
Sangam360 is a digital management platform for housing societies, companies/corporates and schools. Depending on the workspace type and plan, features may include member management, approvals, visitor passes, QR verification, parcels/couriers, complaints/helpdesk, notices, chat, vehicles, parking, domestic-help records, polls, amenity booking, SOS tools, attendance, leave, meeting rooms, timetable/homework, fee or maintenance billing, invoices/receipts, finance records, documents and subscription management.
Features can vary by organisation, role, plan, location, configuration and product version.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not impersonate another person or create an account using false information.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to Sangam360.
- Where an account is created or managed by a school or organisation for a student/minor, the organisation is responsible for ensuring appropriate authorisation and consent.
4. Organisation Workspaces
A society, corporate or school administrator may create a workspace and invite or approve members. Administrators may assign roles and permissions, approve/reject join requests, manage records and, where supported, delete the organisation and its associated data.
Sangam360 does not independently guarantee that an organisation administrator has correctly entered, verified or authorised every record. Users should contact their organisation administrator regarding organisation-specific records, approvals, attendance, fees, complaints or access.
5. User Content
You may submit messages, photographs, documents, ID proofs, voice notes, location information, complaints, visitor information, vehicle information and other content (“User Content”). You retain your rights in User Content, subject to the rights needed for Sangam360 to host, process, display and transmit it to provide the Service.
You must have the right and authority to upload or share User Content. Do not upload another person's sensitive information unless you are authorised to do so.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- use Sangam360 for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, workspace, database or system;
- upload malware, malicious code or content intended to disrupt the Service;
- harass, threaten, defame or unlawfully discriminate against others;
- use visitor, location, contact or identity features to stalk or unlawfully monitor another person;
- misuse QR codes, visitor passes, access credentials or administrative privileges;
- scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Service except where permitted by law;
- use the AI support assistant to submit passwords, payment credentials, government ID numbers or other unnecessary highly sensitive information; or
- circumvent subscription limits, security controls or access restrictions.
7. Communications and Community Features
Chat, notices, complaints, polls and other community features may allow content to be visible to other authorised members. You are responsible for what you post. Sangam360 may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law or the safety/security of the Service.
8. Visitors, QR Codes, Location and SOS
Visitor passes and QR verification are administrative convenience features and should not be treated as a guarantee of physical security. Users and organisations remain responsible for their own security procedures.
Location sharing is voluntary where offered. SOS/emergency-related features, where enabled, are not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire, security personnel or other emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
Sangam360 may offer paid plans and may facilitate maintenance, fee, invoice or other organisation payments where enabled.
- Subscription prices, plan limits, billing cycles and included features are shown in the Service and may change prospectively.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
- A successful payment does not automatically mean that an organisation-specific fee or invoice is valid; the underlying amount may be determined by the relevant society, company or school.
- Payment disputes relating to a society/company/school charge should first be raised with the relevant organisation, while payment-processing issues may also be raised with Sangam360.
- Refunds, cancellations and failed-payment handling are subject to the applicable plan/payment terms and the organisation's own billing policies where relevant.
10. No Professional or Emergency Advice
Sangam360 is a software platform. Its notices, AI support responses, administrative records and automated outputs are provided for convenience and should be independently verified where important. The AI support assistant is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, security or emergency advice.
11. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Sangam360 reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, security events, third-party outages, internet failures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the Service.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features. Material changes to paid plans will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant subscription terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The Sangam360 software, branding, logos, interface design, documentation and original materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Sangam360 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
13. Third-Party Services
Sangam360 may depend on third-party services including Firebase/Google infrastructure, Razorpay payment services and AI services. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, outages or limitations. Your use of those services through Sangam360 may be subject to their terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, serious misuse, violation of these Terms or non-payment. Organisation administrators may also remove users or manage workspace access according to their organisation's rules.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account and organisation deletion may be subject to the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sangam360 is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every record entered by an organisation is accurate, that a visitor is safe, that a payment dispute will be resolved in a particular way, or that an organisation will perform any action merely because a feature exists in the app.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sangam360 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Service, including losses caused by inaccurate organisation data, user-generated content, third-party service failures, internet failures or unauthorised activity outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sangam360 and its operators from claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or User Content that you did not have the right to submit.
18. Privacy
Your use of Sangam360 is also governed by the Sangam360 Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or other legal rights that cannot be waived. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the courts/tribunals having jurisdiction at [CITY, STATE, INDIA].
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
