Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Sangam360 is available for Android phones today.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The admin picks a plan inside the app. Until a plan is chosen, your data stays safe but the workspace is paused.
Who can see our data?
Only the approved members of your organisation, and each person only what their role allows. A resident sees their own visitors and parcels, ID proofs are seen only by admins, and private chats only by the two people in them. New members are let in by your admin, never automatically.
Will I get notifications when the app is closed?
Yes. Chat messages, visitors at the gate, new bills, notices, SOS alerts and school bus updates arrive as notifications, and you can reply to a chat right from the notification.
Can one person belong to more than one society or school?
Yes. One login can be part of several workspaces and switch between them. Parents with more than one child at a school can switch between the children.
How does school bus tracking work?
The driver starts the trip from the school in the app. Parents see the bus live and get a notification when it starts, when it is about 1 km away, when it reaches their stop and when their child reaches school.
