6. Organisation Administrators and User-Generated Information
Sangam360 is designed for organisations. Information entered by a society committee, corporate administrator, school administrator, teacher or other authorised administrator may be visible to authorised members of that organisation according to the roles and permissions configured by the organisation.
For example, a complaint, visitor record, attendance entry, fee record or school record may be accessible to authorised administrators or staff. Users should therefore avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information into free-text fields.
Where Sangam360 processes information on behalf of an organisation, the organisation may have additional responsibilities as the entity determining why that information is collected and used.
7. School and Children's Data
Sangam360 may be used by schools and may therefore process information relating to students, including minors. School administrators and other authorised adults are responsible for ensuring that required permissions, notices and lawful bases/consents are obtained for student information. Where applicable, processing involving children will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements, including requirements relating to verifiable parental/guardian consent.
Children should not independently create or use an account where the school or applicable law requires a parent/guardian or school-authorised account.

- in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, authentication mechanisms and secure transmission where supported by the underlying services. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their passwords and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements. Organisation records may be retained according to the organisation's requirements and applicable law.
When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it where reasonably practicable and legally permitted.
11. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
If the app provides an in-app account-deletion option, use that option to request deletion. You may also contact us at ksuraj.th@gmail.com with the subject “Sangam360 Account Deletion Request”.
We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes, or because it is maintained by an organisation that uses Sangam360. Where retention is legally required, the information will be retained only for the required purpose and period.
12. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access information, request correction, request deletion, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and raise a grievance/complaint concerning personal data processing.
Requests may be sent to ksuraj.th@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
